Hunter-Gatherer Brewery & Alehouse We’re the Hunter-Gatherer, a Columbia, South Carolina-based brew pub. We’ve been offering up traditional English-style ales since 1995. We brew them ourselves, and we’re the only place in the world you can get them. Besides the phenomenal beer, you’ll also find a lot of other things to enjoy at the H-G, like a variety of fresh, home-made dishes we prepare right in our kitchen; a low-key atmosphere that’s conducive to great conversation; and plenty of interesting, diverse people. We’re selective about our music, too. You’ll hear a variety, from jazz to alternative and folk. Whether it’s live music from a local group or selections from our extensive library, you’ll find the sounds to be unique and comfortable.
